HAVTORN & AMARETTO
Mixed using our Havtorn (Glögg)A modern twist of a classic sour combines the rich & tangy notes of our Havtorn Glögg topped with a luscious Amaretto foam.

Ingredients
4ClHavtorn (Glögg)
2ClForest (Gin)
2ClLemon
2.5ClSyrup
2DashAngostura Bitters
*Amaretto foam
Combine everything in a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain and top with Amaretto foam
*Amaretto Foam
- 200ml Giffard's Orgeat
- 600ml Simple Syrup (1:1)
- 4 egg whites
Boil the simple syrup and add the orgeat and let the mixture sit in the refrigerator until cold. Add 4 egg whites to a 1L siphon. Charge with 3 cartridges and shake well between each cartridge. Allow the foam to stabilize for at least 30 minutes in the fridge before serving.
