A Gimlet that perfectly balances sweetness and sourness with a delicious spicy punch.

Fill a shaker with the ingredients and add your preferred amount of jalapeño for more or less heat. Shake ice-cold with ice and fine-strain and garnish with a slice of jalapeño.
